Want the flu vaccine? and A healthy protein

by NoniKaufman on June 16, 2009

If you know people who promote  vaccinations, thinking they’re helpful in preserving health, you might suggest to them that they have a drink that will prevent the flu. When they ask what’s in it, you might reply  ” Formaldehyde, mercury, animal DNA, viruses, MSG..etc, etc.” The person may question your sanity, to which you might respond, “Then why would you want those ingredients injected into your blood?” A useful resource on vaccine ingredients:  http://www.vaccination.inoz.com/ingredie.html Good to know what’s in what we’re eating AND what we’re letting our children be injected with in the name of health!

A healthy eats note to counterbalance the news from above!

If you’re looking for quick ways to add protein to your diet: Steamed sprouted lentils is the solution some are using. Be sure to use the lentils that sprout: the orange ones that are cut in half don’t sprout! Lentils are inexpensive and full of high quality protein, but eating a lot of them sprouted can be hard to digest. However, if you steam them just 5 to 7 minutes, they are easier to digest so you can eat more of them!

Appreciation to the folks at The Live Food Factor for the ideas in this post.
