mom, wife, entrepreneur, coach, team member, walking the path, curious

I’ve spent the past 35 years, among other things, studying and taking courses in holistic health and wellness. I’m always on the path to feel better and help others (who are ready and willing) to jog along with me! Over the years I’ve worked with hundreds of clients globally in business team building and health mentoring.

I believe my desire to do this type of work traces back to when I was a toddler.  My mom was really sick when I was 3 and my dad worked like a dog trying to make ends meet and then got ill himself. He died way too early at 55 while I was a Freshman in college. I often feel like I missed the best years of friendship we could have shared. From these childhood experiences, I developed a deep desire to find ways to stay healthy. I wanted to create a team where I could help others be healthy and fit too! That was my early dream, that began with an unconscious nudge.

I worked briefly as a social worker (the system was too depressing for me to stay very long!) and for many years as a counselor and did admissions assistant at UCLA’s Business School. After completing an MBA in marketing and finance at UCLA, I went on to work in marketing, training, and customer service for Hewlett-Packard.

A few years of working in a big company made me weary of giving all my time and skills for others’ visions and dreams. I soon got a taste for being an entrepreneur, wanting to apply independent thinking and creativity towards projects I cared about and where I could surround myself with people I really enjoyed.

So I ventured out on my own, being mentored by a few experienced folks and started working with a direct marketing company — learning about being my own boss and the leader of my own pack. I was able to build a team and develop and mentor leaders. In one of our wellness businesses, I became one of the first 35 members of their million dollar club.  That translates to touching alot of peoples’ lives and the resulting freedom in our lifestyle. Now we  mentor others to track that same course.

Our daughter is one of our blessings from having my own business–we were able to take off (without a boss’s permission) to spend a month in Colombia completing the adoption process when she was ten weeks of age. She is now a teenager, whose talent and creative passions are many. You can visit this budding artist’s web site by clicking Izzy’s Site.

My mission is to coach the aspiring to fully exercise their passion and expand into their visions.  We able to offer joint venture and affiliate programs for those who have filled-up schedules and too many projects, and want to generate a passive income through a wellness team. We offer webinars internationally to introduce our business model so that people can see how to affect their own business economy, their wellness quotient and help others to do the same!

Feel Great. Make a Difference.
